Quintessential British men’s outfitter Hackett London opens its first flagship store in Singapore, in partnership with the region’s leading specialist and luxury goods retailer, the Valiram Group. The new Hackett store is located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Canal Level, B2-230.
The total retail space will be 2,575 square feet, spread across one floor over five separate selling rooms. The façade of the store will show the iconic Hackett Mayfair logo of the bowler hat and crossed umbrellas. The entrance to the store will embody the essence of luxury with beautifully polished granite flooring which continues throughout the store.
Each room is designed with the collection in mind; attention to detail is key taking inspiration from the main colours and patterns within each theme throughout this retail concept. The store will house the whole range of Hackett’s collections: the casualwear, the kids’ collection and the Hackett Mayfair suiting, in an atmosphere of a gentlemen’s club, which reflects the brand’s strong personality and identity.
“The Valiram Group is continuously looking at bringing new, exciting and iconic brands in the region. In line with our core mission, we’re is very proud and excited to introduce a brand with a strong identity and British DNA such as Hackett London. In only a few years, Hackett has become a symbol of all that is best in British style for men, with a reputation that still exceeds its rapidly growing retail expansion worldwide. We are confident that Singapore will keep building this reputation” said Mukesh Valiram, Executive Director of Valiram Group.
The quintessentially British brand has been flying the Union Jack high around the world for many years, and Hackett’s commercial success has been linked to the export of its ‘Essentially British’ world to countries around the world, which will now extend to Singapore.
The opening of this new space is in line with Hackett’s approach of opening flagship stores in key cities throughout the world. Hackett London now has 63 standalone stores and 59 concessions worldwide.
