Digital Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager (Watches)
Position Summary:
- Plan and manage all digital marketing related responsibilities of the Watch Division, in accordance with Brands, Swiss Watch and Valiram guidelines.
- Define customer centric digital marketing strategies, process and procedures.
- Develop content and communication to customers on all Swiss Watch digital platforms.
- Manage budget and set direction to achieve business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve set campaign objectives; in terms of increasing traffic, driving customer engagement, conversion, ROAS, etc.
- Principal liaison: Adhere to principal’s digital marketing and website guidelines, as well as report submission deadlines.
- Budget management: Adhere to approved spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media Planning
- Build a comprehensive digital media plan and consolidate activity calendar around digital content, social and programmatic ad buy, KOL, email and SMS across 4 countries – Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Thailand.
- Build strong digital presence through a hands-on approach in developing digital content, creative, copy and video.
- Identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, identify new opportunities and prospect potential partners for us to create innovative and inspiring digital campaigns.
Social Media
- Daily management of the company’s social accounts.
- Coordination with brand partners to gather assets, select content and plan monthly social calendar.
- Develop social media campaigns to build online brand awareness.
- Follow brands, partners and watch communities on social media and be aware of the latest releases and industry news.
- Advise on the latest best practices and technological developments.
- Reply to comments, direct messages and questions on company’s social accounts.
Omni-Channel Collaboration
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with Retail and rest of Marketing team to execute relevant online marketing initiatives to support offline marketing initiatives.
Website
- Manage and maintain content on company’s website.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Researching brands and watch-related content to develop inspiring and engaging stories. If required, work with content editor to refine or produce more elaborate content pieces.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and measure the performance of each campaign. Analyse results, prepare post-campaign reports and share with relevant members of the team to develop optimisation plans.
- Conduct competitor business analysis, identify best practices and share with the team.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
Position Specification:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
Professional Experience:
- Expert knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools, curiosity for things related to digital.
- Proven work experience in both commercial and creative side of content creation, email and digital ads.
Personal Attributes:
- Analytical and able to drive meaning from data.
- Fluid to adapt to a highly dynamic luxury retail environment online and offline.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- To succeed in this role, you will need the drive and passion for learning about the industry and the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other language(s) is an added advantage.
