Senior Interior 3D Designer / Interior 3D Designer

Job Description:

• Create quick layouts for internal review
• Propose options for brand principles & external architects
• Innovative thinking & problem solving for external & internals solutions
• Manage time allowance for each project
• Prepare presentations
• General accounting & financing the department (internal & external design consultants)
• Constantly monitor and report progress, problems and solutions
• Lend expertise to internal teams and direct reports
• Enforce standard policies and procedures

Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 2 years relevant experience in retail/commercial industry
• Proficient in CAD app (AutoCAD, Vectorworks or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Possess good initiative and positive attitudes
• Good command of written and spoken English
