Operations Executive
Summary
This position requires the individual to manage the day to day operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure. To assist the Brand Manager and Store Managers in ensuring the boutiques are operating efficiently. He/ she will essentially be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the boutique standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance of standard operation procedure, corporate standards and business requirements.
- Ensure maintenance request are fulfilled
- Maintain POSM inventory – keep tab on balance supply and re-orders.
- Ensure staff grooming standard are meet by making sure uniforms, ties, name tags are provided to them.
- Ensure credit card terminal, phones, computers and equipment in stores are in working conditions.
- Support after sales service.
Qualification:
Possess a tertiary qualification or a Diploma/Degree in any field coupled with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
