Account Executive – Thailand retail AR collection

Summary:

• Support the Department operations and help achieve Department Goals as follows:-
  • Meeting the agreed deadline
  • To achieve department efficiency
  • To build team spirit among the team & department
  • Maintain a good relationship with customer, supplier and all Valiram Group colleague.
• They ensure task completion pre-agreed deadlines are met efficiently especially monthly closing process has highest priority
• Ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
• Assist Manager to interact with internal and external auditor in completing audit

Responsibilities

• All deadlines are based on pre-agreed closing deadline schedule ( ie invoice requisition processed within 1 working day (provided all information in order).
• Ensure all accounting transactions are fully supported by relevant documents.
• Ensure collection entered as per information available and timely
• Follow up on aged transactions and collections
• Checking relevant documents such as Invoice, Debit Note etc layout to ensure all compliance with tax and company rule requirement
• Preparation of monthly Management Reports
• Prepared balance sheet schedule on every month after the closing.
• Provide full cooperation to external and internal auditors during audit of company accounts.
• Continuous process and work method improvements.
• Ensure the process and procedure are well adhered.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline,
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment and experience in Customer Service
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage
