E-Commerce Business Admin

Overview
As an Ecommerce Business Admin, you will work with various internal and brand teams to execute requirements on upcoming products, price and inventory changes. You will also be responsible to setup promotions and campaigns including landing pages on the storefront for various brands based on requirements.
You will be responsible to configure these changes using the ecommerce platform’s backend module on both staging and production environments.

Responsibilities
• Configure campaigns and promotions as per brand requirements.
• Perform catalog updates for price & inventory changes.
• Updating SEO metadata and fixing broken links.
• CMS updates on websites for static images, banners & content.
• Thoroughly test and validate all BAU tasks to ensure they are delivered as per brand requirements on staging environments and replicated on production.
• Perform daily, weekly site health checks.
• This is a very time sensitive role and requires careful planning, an ownership mindset and an eye for detail.

Skills
• Experience with updating content, images/banners using any commonly used CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Wix, Magento, Shopify, MartJack etc.
• Numerical and intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of ecommerce flows.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS Media queries.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced and growing environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
• Willing to undergo training on administering Salesforce Commerce applications and other platforms used within the company.
